DANJOO KOORLINY 2025
We worked with Danjoo Koorliny, a large-scale, long-term systems-change movement designed and led by Aboriginal people to help us all walk together towards 2029 - marking 200 years since colonisation in Perth - and beyond. In 2025, we contributed through event planning and execution, creative direction, communications and project management, helping to strengthen partnerships, deepen cultural learning, and co-design a more just, regenerative and connected future for everyone.

THE NOONGAR SIX SEASONS POSTERS
We directed and produced the Danjoo Koorliny Djilba Summit video end-to-end — planning the run-sheet and shot list with organisers, directing on-site coverage to capture key moments, speakers, crowd energy and atmosphere, and managing all permissions and logistics.
In post we handled the full pipeline (edit, sound mix, colour grade, motion graphics, and captions) and coordinated reviews through to final delivery.
The result is a clear, engaging recap optimised for web and social.
Bruce also wrote, produced, and directed the soon-to-be-released film, Moondanark Kaartdijin / The Carers of Everything, EPISODE ONE, which explores the wisdom of traditional mosaic burning and its vital role in healing Country and climate.
As Creative Director for BDEYE Design, we led the development of the Danjoo Koorliny Six Seasons video series for BGPA from concept to realisation. My role encompassed creative direction, script development, production coordination, and visual storytelling - working closely with Noongar Elder Dr Richard Wally OAM to ensure each film upheld cultural safety, authenticity, and accuracy.
The result is a visually rich and culturally grounded series that celebrates the wisdom and rhythm of the Noongar seasonal cycle.
